Who runs Speak Email

Speak Email is operated by WAHLU LABS PTY LTD (ACN 696 304 140, ABN 99 696 304 140). These terms apply when you use the website, recorder, voice-note pages, and related services.

Using the product

You can record a voice note, generate a composed email from that recording, edit the generated email, copy it into your own email client, and share a link to the original recording.

You are responsible for reviewing anything generated by the service before sending it. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or worded in a way you did not intend.

Voice notes and shared links

Only share recordings when you have the right to do so. Do not record or upload private, confidential, sensitive, illegal, or harmful material unless you have permission and a lawful reason.

Anyone with a shared voice-note link may be able to listen to that recording. Treat shared links like forwarded email: only send them to people who should have access.

Accounts and access

Sign in links are sent by email. Keep your email account secure because access to your inbox may allow access to your Speak Email account.

We may suspend or remove access if the service is misused, attacked, used to break the law, or used in a way that creates risk for other users or Wahlu.

Availability and changes

Speak Email is an early product and may change quickly. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as the product develops.

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every transcription, summary, share link, or email draft will work perfectly.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Speak Email is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, missed messages, reputational harm, or indirect losses caused by use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Wahlu submit to the courts of New South Wales for disputes connected with these terms or the service.
