Speak Email is operated by WAHLU LABS PTY LTD (ACN 696 304 140, ABN 99 696 304 140). This policy explains how we handle information when you use Speak Email.

We collect the email address you use to sign in, recordings you create, generated transcripts and email drafts, share-link identifiers, basic account activity, and technical information needed to run and secure the service.

If you paste or record personal information about other people, that information may become part of the recording, transcript, generated email, or shared voice-note page.

We use information to provide the recorder, transcription, email generation, voice-note history, sign-in, sharing, support, abuse prevention, security, and product improvement.

We do not sell your recordings, transcripts, drafts, or account information.

To provide the service, we may send recordings, transcripts, prompts, and related data to trusted providers for hosting, storage, transcription, email delivery, and AI generation.

Current provider categories include cloud hosting and storage, passwordless email delivery, speech-to-text, and large language model services. These providers process data so the product can work.

When you copy and send a share link, the recipient can access the voice note associated with that link. They do not get access to your other recordings from that link alone.

Be careful where you paste shared links. A recipient may forward the link or copy content from the page.

We keep account data, recordings, transcripts, generated drafts, and share links for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, debug issues, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

You can request deletion by emailing steve@wahlu.com. Some backups, logs, or records may remain for a limited period where reasonably required.

We use practical safeguards such as passwordless sign-in, restricted shared links, hosted infrastructure controls, and service credentials to protect the product.

No internet service is perfectly secure. Do not use Speak Email for material that would create serious harm if accidentally accessed, forwarded, or processed by a provider.
